Grape variety: Tempranillo 95%. Garnacha 5%.  Average production 3.200 kg/Ha
Soil: Stone, clay and calcareous with limestone subsoil
Location of the vineyards: La Horra and Gumiel del Mercado (Burgos)
Crop type: Eco-ground
Malolactic fermentation: in stainless steel deposit, one month.
Aged 28 months in in 225 L barrel. 75% Hungarian, 20% French and 5% American Canton oak barrels
Bottled: February 2019
Alcohol: 14 % by Vol.
Production: numbered 6.566 bottles. 750 ML.

Tasting notes
Visual appearance: garnet red color with medium high density with violet edge
Aroma:  Balsamic, mineral, floral, red fruit, fine spicy and cacao.
Palate: very elegant wine with character and finesse. Velvety, floral, fresh red fruit, tobacco and black licorice. 
Self life between now and 25 years.
