GRAPE VARIETY : Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia bianca , Canaiolo bianco e San Colombano.
EXPOSURE :    South, south west
TYPE OF SOIL :   Clay-loam.
PLANTING DENSITY :    3200 vines /ha.
CULTIVATION SYSTEM :    Spurred and overturned Tuscan cord.
HARVEST TIME :   The grapes are harvested from the second decade of September .
HARVEST METHOD :   hand-picked with selection of the grapes.
WINE-PRESSING :     soft pressing .
FERMENTATION AND AGING :   in glazed concrete tanks to maintain freshness.
WINE-TASTING NOTES :   dry white wine, fruity notes with a pleasant feeling of freshness.
LONGEVITY :   fresh wine, easy-drinking, to drink during the year.  Perfect with dish of fish and an ideal aperitif.
